Benbecula is an island in the Western Isles of Scotland which is situated between the islands of North Uist and South Uist. The islands are all connected by large causeways. Benbecula is quite a sparse island but what land there is available is used to it's utmost. The island is a haven for wild otters who play in the vast range of shallow, sandy bays.More Scottish Photographs
